agree with Abdullah; but the problem with Pakistan is that market has always been controlled by some people, its not like open property market, bunch of people manipulated the market in 2004 and took the prices to sky-high and many investors got stuck along with some innocent people, now these people are trying to sell off these properties and there is hardly anyone in the market who could afford to pay this much, whereas the low-cost properties are booming at the moment, even CMY are now dealing in Bahria Town and other low cost societies which have realistic prices, land-cost has to come down so people could kick start the market again, we are seeing many people trying to sell their high-cost properties for the last many months and hardly there are buyers out there who could afford it |
