Recently Fazaia Society has redrawn the map and started some activity.
Does anyone know how much development has taken place and what exactly is going on vis a vis development? Any effect on prices? Is it worth buying in that area?

Not sure about the prices, but the development for the most part has been competed. According to the letter I received from Fazaia, they will start giving posession in January 2010.

I would say 80% development has been completed, as this can also be verified from sattelite image on the following link.

Please note that this image is about 6 months old, I am sure more development has been completed. CMY sb also took several pictures of Fazaia and also posted here last month.
