I HAVE BIG INVESTMENT IN SL2 AND PRICE OF PLOTS GOING DOWN AND DOWN AND I AM VERY MUCH DEPRESSED.
CAN YOU PLZ ADVISE THAT WHETHER ITS IS A DEAD INVESTMET OR FRAUD SOCIETY NOW OR SHOULD I HAVE SOME HOPE. OR SHOULD I DISPOSE IT NOW MY 8 FILES AND INVEST IN ANY OTHER SCHEME. WHAT DO YOU ADVISE???

If you have paid regular Zakat on your 8 files then your investment is safe insha'Allah.

Khizar Bahi,

You really need to hold those for another 5 to 7 years. There are positive aspects that if DHA takes it you will be benefited. In case DHA will not take it over then still there is a hope that SL2 will develope faster than DHA 9-10.

I you are in hurry to get your money back. There are good chances to re-sale those files. But definately its a very long term investment. There are no chances of build another buble of boom in property business now.

As per the reliable resources, SL Phase II would definitly be taken over by DHA. Even if DHA doesnt take over, (which have very less chances) then I fully agree with Progress remarks. So if U have good location plots, with fully paid charges, i.e almost 13 lac per Kanal, then must wait for the time. As land will always give U good reward if U keep it long term.
