I want to invest some money in the real estate sector in Pakistan for the medium to long term (5-10 years). I am specifically considering investing in BT Rawalpindi as I have heard alot of good things about them.
Could someone please advise:
- a brief overview of the development and what sectors they have and level of completion
- The size and indicative prices of plots (excl. charges)
- What charges I should expect to pay
- What the prices were at its peak and how much they have fallen based on indicative prices
- Recommendations on where it is best to invest and why
My budget is between 20 lakhs and 1 crore and want to purchase a number of plots atiq raja. replied on Sunday, September 13, 2009 02:26 PM

Dear Investor, For long term investment in Islamabad/Rawalpindi DHA Phase II and DHA Valley is best. You can purchase a number of plots in it. You can also construct small houses and plaza's in the meanwhile. Thnaks and Best Regards Imran |
