I need to sale following properties in Islamabad.
One (40 X 80) Size Plot in G-15/1 Ready for construction. our demand is 38 lac.
AND
i have two 5 marla files for sale in Dha Valley. We have paid 2,27,500/= Pkr Each(DownPayment + 3 Installments + Memebrship Fees
after Balloting we got these plot numbers.
1)Plot # 24 Street # 17-A Block :Iris
2)Plot #132 Street # 1-B Road Block :Lavender

I am currently in Canada, but I have some relatives in Pindi. If I want to purchase one 5 marla plot, how much total amount I have to pay to you or DHA or any other fees. Kindly give me that total amount.
