I want to purchase a plot in Phase III preferably on a corner with river front. I will also be grateful if some experts tell me what would be the price range. I am not aware of the sizes but my range is Rs. 3.5 million

That place is beautiful but I went to visit it when it was raining so could'nt feel it, some people say that there is bad smell coming from the river or the sewage treatment plant in the bon cor block?

Advises are appreciated.

Phase 3 is the largest in Phase 1-6 area. It is the cheapest as well. Some people say that the area is depressed others there is smell. Prices start from 2.5 million and go upwards for a 10 marla plot.

I exactly have the similar expereince, you start expereincing this smell if you are entering from the PWD side and after the first round bout in front of commercial area where some shops are located the smell starts, i have expereinced it in different timings and its the same, i believe its not sewage but may be coming from poultry feed factory located on the other side of the river but i am not 100% sure. But the smell is very bad.

If there is any seller in that area pls contact me. What would be the price of a 250 Sq.yds. preferably a corner?

Also grateful if some more people post their experience here about the bad smell.

I too heard that the smell is from some poultry factory situated on the other side of the river opposite phase 3.

250 sq.yds start from 2.5 million and can be more, corner would be a bit more expensive. Best thing is to visit a few agents when you are in the local area. They will give you a few options but the price may vary, depending on the agent and the seller.
