Revision of Bahria Town Lahore Mohlanwal Projects Transfer Fees
New transfer fees will be announced soon by Bahria Town Lahore for Sector A, C, B, Overseas Enclave, Safari Villas, Executive Lodges and Canal View Residency.
New Fees Structure will like as under (approx):
5 Marla - Rs. 18,000
7 Marla - Rs. 25,000
8 Marla - Rs. 32,000
10 Marla - Rs. 68,000
1 Kanal - Rs. 114000
These new fees will be applicable from 1st October, 2009. Above mention fees are approx, for exact figure kindly contact Bahria Town directly.

Malik Riaz does not want to leave any stone un-turned where he can extort money in anyway he can.
Dr Usman Sb. does this fee include DC, CVT etc, or this is just pure BT charges? |

A. Khan sahab I have no idea. I saw this news on another website but I was not able to confirm it from Bahria. I request Hussain Kaisrani Sahab to share his views in this regard. |
