I have 50 acres land near Multan.Very fertile with lot of water from canal and two tube wells . Excellently yields cotton ,sugarcane(sugar mill located 10 km) wheat,all crops fodder etc.It is not a newly demarcated/ploughed land but in very profitable farming for the last 40 years.Has small mango(anwar ratore)orchid and lot of other trees.Very peacefull neighbours all retired army people(easily managing the same land setteled in Pindi.25 acres(200 canals)is also seperatly sellable.Five 5 lacks per acre not negotiable
