Dear All,
I have initially small amount of about 10 to 11 Lakhs and I am looking a house in Rawalpindi. The consruction of house will save some money for me instead to purchase one.
I want to know the exact idea that how much cost it will take for completion of house with following specifications:
Plot size: 3.5 to 4.5 Marlas
Single Story
2 Bed Rooms + Baths
1 Car Porch
1 Kit
1 Drawing
1 TVL
Stairs
Covered Area 800 to 900 sqft.
The price break up will help me to plan for cost of plot. I have small amount and looking to build in quick time. I don't want to mortgage from Bank.
Someone who have recently build a small house, please contact regarding arrangement of finances. My location is Rawalpindi. Anybody who has experience of building houses can contact for negotiations.
