After throwing many of its Sector C Bahria Town Lahore members to Bahria Orchard Raiwind Road Lahore, Bahria Town Lahore now announces the launch of 10 Marla plots in Tulip (Ext) Block.

These 10 Marla plots are being sold on Rs.1600,000/- and 10% extra for Corner Plots each.

This Tulip Block is developed or not yet?
Is it ready for construction?
What is this boundary? Is it Boundary Wall or Just marking?

What is the rate of one Kanal Plot in this Block?
Is there any house under construction in this block?

Salaam,
Thanks for your kind words and remembering me.
I tried to understand the map attached with the on ground situation but could not succeed in this regard. These plots are not developed yet and may take (at least 6 months)to be ready for constructions.

I am NOT sure about the rate of one Kanal in Tulip Block. It may be around Rs.32 Lac.
Yes! Few houses are under construction in the area.
