I want to purchase a plot in Phase III preferably on a corner with river front. I will also be grateful if some experts tell me what would be the price range. It should be 250 sq.yd. my range is Rs. 3.5 million
That place is beautiful but when I went to visit, it was raining so could'nt feel it, some people say that there is bad smell coming from the river or the sewage treatment plant in the bon cor block?
Advises are appreciated. If anybody got a plot there for sale please post here. Thanks
