Firstly i would like to say that this site is very impressive in providing up to date property information.I live overseas and seeking your guidance to buy a small plot of 10 marla in any reasonable society in Lahore for my house to be built next year.Salam Pakistan. :pkf

My budget is 1 million for plot.

Of course, lots of friends from Pakistan and around the world will help you here.

In the budget of one million, I'm afraid you can't invest or buy a 10 merla plot which is ready for construction. You can't buy also in a trusted societies like DHA etc. At this stage I can only say to please read this page for some more days and try to find a good option for you. And be very careful before you invest or buy 10 merla plot within this budget. Good Luck...

Thankx alot for your kind advice for looking and reading these pages for some time. With my limited knowledge of Lahore property i only narrowed down my options as below:

A- 5 MARLA PLOT IN PARAGON(PREFERRED LOCATION NEAR AIRPORT)
B- 10 MARLA PLOT IN AWT PHASE 2

Would appreciate any advice.

10 marla plot in defence phase 5 L block is 40 lacs and it is ready for constuction.best buy to make a house in 10 marla

Paragon I don't have idea but of course it is very near to airport. Surrounded by Park View Extension Land. (As per Map by LRE). But reputation of Paragon is not very good. I'm talking about development etc.

Secondly, AWT 2 is very far from Thokar Niaz Baig. Its around 17 KM on riywind road. There is Sui Gas 2 after AWT 2 but its really very very far and will take decades to reach normal living there.

First you make your choice where to settle. In a normal or middle or high society in Lahore. Then friends here will help you.

By the way recently, brother CMY posted some snaps about IEP on defence road that seems to be a very good choice within this budget. You can start your home today. Cost is around 9-11 lac for 10 merla.
