I want to know which banks in Pakistan provide mortgage loans to buy a house in lahore/karachi to expatriates living in Gulf or North America.
If any one living abroad has any experience of getting a house loan from a bank in Pakistan,,pls share your experience.

Most Bank offter that Loan But Make Up is about 18%

Most of the banks provide loans ,but they never let know the coustommer about the term and condti0ns of the loans.
Ask loan provider what intrest u will come to pay and hwat about when one want to quit the loan agrement.
Never can get a clear and writtenable reply ro the consernig part.
So please dont be involved these life time problems. |
