I understand the Concern of Overseas and TZK, But as far as I Know to make and run a Plaza or commercial place is Full Time business, I never experienced that but I am sure some of the readers can add their Good or Bad experience. No matter it is Bahria or DHA or any other I I I dont think they Help to vacate the property. A society it is run by same rules and regulations as anywhere else.
I shall quote the recent example to Famous Cricketer Abdul Qadir who was made Hostage by a his lawyer tenant, Being a lawyer he did not pay 15 months rent and rather filed a case against him for Gang rape. I also know a prominent Banker of UAE whose house in Islamabad was was taken over by Tenant and in spite of having high level connection he could not vacate his property and finally sold his property to A Qabza Group in 70% of Market value who vacated it just in few weeks.
Especially in commercial property when people earning and Rozgar is involved they behave more tough make unions and threat you in number of ways.
Now a days it is better idea to Make a Plaza and sell it on Ownership basis, You can still Keep one or two Floors for yourself. As more small investors are involved so they take care of their investment. And the Commercial property gains value too as more successful business are running there. |
