I want to purchase a plot in Phase III preferably on a corner with river front. I will also be grateful if some experts tell me what would be the price range. It should be 250 sq.yd.
That place is beautiful but when I went to visit, it was raining so could'nt feel it, some people say that there is bad smell coming from the river or the sewage treatment plant in the bon cor block?
Advises are appreciated. If anybody got a plot there for sale please post here. Thanks
P.S: I thought it was easy for overseas pakistanis to find a genuine seller and easy to find a plot to purchase especially of Bahria Town through this website. But it seems like this website is not visited by many real plot owners. Regretfully this is the third time I am reapting this ad with no useful response.

Dear Azaad, I am also Overseas Paki living in Kwt and visiting this site for more than four years now. I've seen many G. buyer/sellers but have to agree with you that there is nothing much happening here in Last 8 -9 months. About the smell I've seen seen other adds also addressing the same issue.
