The Construction penalty for developed plots if not constructed within 3 years from the date of possession. (only where possession has been claimed by Allottee, if possession is not claimed by Allottee and the area is developed yet these charges will not be applicable in such case).
Plot size 10 Marla and above: Rs. 2,500 / month
Plot size 1 Kanal and above: Rs. 3,500 / month
These charges will be applicable for 1 year, at the end of 4th year from the date of possession if no construction been made yet then the following charges (flat rate) will be applicable until the construction completed (not just started):
Plot size 10 Marla and above: Rs. 12,500 / month
Plot size 1 Kanal and above: Rs. 25,000 / month
S.S = Single Storey | D.S = Double Storey
*Where no Urgent Transfer Fee defined, it may be treated as like Urgent Transfer fee for Plots i.e. Regular Fee + 50% additional of Regular Fee in all cases.
