DHA velley islamabad
dear CMY and brothers.
i am asking again ..so please guide any one who can..
i have got plot in DHAI valley(overseas) in
sunflower block near water channel ...
some of my friends are saying that location is very bad as this is just adjacent to water channel behind the commercial area..
please guide ...

It is premature to comment on that. In your last email, you mentioned that your plot location is close to commercial area if this is true then you dont have to worry about water channel. As for I know plot close to commercial area has some positive edge.
I would suggest when you have some free time go visit the area and your plot location.

Actually "Water Channel" is an artificial canal which is a prime feature of this block. I am not sure how they gonna build this canal but on positive side, having a plot close to "Water Channel" is certainely a good thing. |

There is no water at all in that area so if your Plot is close to water Channel it is very good sign.
I don't Know how DHA will supply water to all that area, there is absolutely no water in these hills. The Only option is to Build a catchment Dam for water.
I hope DHA must have already planned about it. |

Actually they are planning to build a dam close to Snowdrop and BlueBell blocks. |

Asim Ali your plot is a good location. Water channel is big plus and not negative.
You should retain your plot if you can afford to pay installment. |
