Can some one tell me how good is it to invest in dha phase 9/10.
Also when can we expect balloting for plot allocation and development?

dha 9/10 is good ONLY if you can buy and hold for at least next 10 years. Balloting might be done in next 3-4 years and development might be done by 5-7 years, but for this place to become liveable it needs minimum 10-12 years. |
