Please can someone tell me the current market value of a 10-Marla Plot in Wapda Town Phase II - Block N3.
Plz can someone advice as to how much it cost to build a single story 10 marla house, with basic features ?

It depends Lots upon Location as Phase 2 has scattered Land Few plots Close or having good access to Main Road are up to 28 to 30 [ But away from Graveyard] The worst Location Plots are up to 18, An average plot in N3 is at almost same price as that of architects and ranges between 20 to 23
But I never dealt in this society though I asked price of architects Society and it was about 22. But If you are buyer I will recommend you to goto Tariq Gardens where you can find a good Plot in 23,24 Lac Paying 1,2 Lac more you will Guarantee many things. |
