Dear CMY
I request you to update us about the facts pertaining to merger of Central Park into EME as Urban Developers claimed so about a month ago but up till now nothing has been heard next to it.
I have 2 x plots in Central Park which I intend to sale but after this news break, thought to wait so that I can get little better offer from Market.
Hope you will help all of us in knowing the real story and your precious opinion about the future of Central Park

Kamal Hassan sahib Urbad developers claim all the terms have been settled and only official announcement is needed by DHA EME Lahore. There is a letter of merger understanding posted in Urban developers office signed by Babar Chohan and DHA EME.
DHA EME Lahore is not confirming any merger talks or deal at this point. Some people in Urban developers say talks were on but deal is not done yet. There are issues of adjustment ratio and fees etc. These people are not so sure this deal will complete.
These are people that say its 100 % done deal and say people was to discourage others about merger to buy their plots at lower prices.
And there are people that say this was just a gimmick to increase the prices by few insiders to mint quick billions in hurry. They say this deal announcement was never a real news because DHA EME never confirmed this merger deal.
Please note prices of Central Park Lahore that rose after this merger announcment from Urban developers have now started to fall day by day once again.
Personaly I still think there is only 1% chance of this merger deal to get finalized.I request any plot holder to do a lot of serios research on his own and new buyers should do same before any final move. Please also note it dont make difrence for me if you are a buyer or a seller. So I have nothing to loose or gain. I am just trying to answer Kamal Hassan sahib quations.

I appreciate your prompt response regarding Central Park merger and general views of concerned people. However I am completely shocked to know your personal thinking of believing just 1 % chances of its merger with DHA EME. I believe you a very fair and nutural person who is running this forum very sucessfully without indulging and looking after personal interests. I admire your way of conduct and therefore I would really appreciate all your help if you continued sharing all updated iformation about Central Park.
Since its very depressing news that Urban Developers just negated its own slogan that Urban Developers is a name of Trust" but they have not proved it so far.
I regret if I could have invested my money in some other property becuase Urban Developers has taken so much time in developing its project of Cental Park. I have personal observation that Urban Developers always use shortcut to attract buyers. May Allah guide them not to deceive those who trusted them in their projects.
I have no other choice but to wait and see, however I am once agai thankful for your input. |

You are absolutely right, Urban Developers never fulfill their promises. It took long for them to developed central park. I have also lost my hard earned money and waiting for good time to dispose off my plot even on a loss. If Urban Developers developed it on time the situation could have been different. They are not trust worthy at all. I don’t want to use bad words but they do not deserve for good remarks too. They just look for their own interest and ignore customers. I wish May Allah put them on right path.

I wish Urban Developers can realize that how much they are hatred by their clients. I am surprized they how the owner of urban developers are roaming in Mercedeze with group of Guards on expense of our hard earned money. I bet no one will ever trust them again in life. Who knows if they claim that Central Park is merged in DHA EME which is still not cleared up till now.
HOWEVER I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE ONE VERY IMPORTAN INFORMATION THAT ONE OF MY CLOSE FRIEND UNCLE WHO IS WORKING ON VERY KEY POSITION IN DHA HAS CONFIRMED MY FRIEND THAT THE MATTERS ARE ALMOST NEAR TO FINALIZE WITH CENTRAL PARK REGARDING MARGER AND HE ALSO CONFIRMED ABOUT MOU AS WELL. LETS SEE
Please keep me updated if you get any better offer for your plot in Central Park. I myself want to dispose off but just waiting some good time.
I will be grateful.
