Dear CMY and Brothers,
I have a 1 K plot (92) in DHAI ext ex-commerners town phase 2 in B block, one of my friend said that if you want to build buy 1 K in H or G block of proper DHA2.
I need advice regarding following
1) Should i sell it and buy in G or H block of DHA2 where house are already built?
2) In the long run which is going to be better DHAI 2 ext, commenrs or DHA2 peoper?.
3) I personnlay like the entrance and development in DHA2 ext, the view seems to be better than DHA2 G or H blocks.
Please advice i need to build my own house for living purpose.

DHA-II Proper is much better option if u can afford,In DHA-II proper hundreds of houses are construted and people are living there.
DHA-II EXT Comners Town is also good but it will take approx 5 years to reach the population level of DHA-II proper. |

phase 2ext requires more than 10 years,phase 11 still requires 5 year time for good living,at present both sectors are not for living due to this prices are not going up,better to build house in bt 1 to 3. |
