The rates of the AWT Phase 2 Housing scheme is as under :
10 Marlas = 8 to 10 lacs on wards (depending upon the location)
However after the construction of the Ring Road and the Expansion of the Raiwind Road, the price of the plots is expected to rise further Insha Allah

If you can evaluate 1-Kanal plot at the back side of main 150' road of Naz Town Scheme.Plot 45 -A,is offered for 30 lacks which on 30' road. I shall be highly thankful for your kind advice,please. |
