Dear CMY and Brothers,
I have a budget for condtructing 1 Kanal house in one of the following societies.
1) Bahria Town Islamabad
2) PWD
3) Sawan garden
Please suggest (Pros/Cons) which one is better for construction as i will be shifting my family back to Pakistan.
I have visited All 3 societies and development and security in Bahria town seems to be better.
Your expert advice is required regarding my situation. I have no issues of living farther then Islamabad as my old parents will be residing there.

You don't need long analysis :) Bahria Town is the simple answer, no comparison with PWD or Sawan. I have personally visit Bahria and Sawan.
Go for Bahria Ph-1 to 6 if your budget permits. |

Bahria town Islamabad will be the best choice due to development standard and available facilities. |

Bahria Town Phase-6 suites you the most.If you have some time to shift then phase-8 as it would be much more cost effective than else where. |
