Brothers, I have plots in BT Sector C Lahore, Jesmine and Gulmahar. I have already paid development changres of Jasmine. I have got letter from Baharia Management, that I should pay development charges / pocession of plots , by Oct/30, get pocession and start construction.
Can someone please advise, can I hold off construction for next few years, like 5 years ? I can't trust on BT's words becuase of many false promises,
your advise / suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Baig bhai, the letter you received from Bahria contains the same text as you mentioned !
If not then could you please reflect the same wording that is written in that letter. Thanks |
