Toatl 12 installments , out of which 9 has been paid. buyer is to pay the 9 installment amount and 250000 upfront money. so out of my demand of 3500000, buyer will not pay the remaining 3 installment amount.

Total value at which the house was booked is Rs=3,239,847/- out of which 2,527,816/- is paid and due amount in three installment is Rs=712,031/-
My demand is the paid amount and the Rs=200,000/- plus
