CDA ad for Allotment of Residential Plots in Sector I-16

My personal opinion is that there will be limited newly created plots available as this sector has already been allotted a long time ago.

Any info in this regard is welcomed.

CDA should get ashamed that they could not deliver plots to E-12 D-12 secor in 20 year and then looted in the name of balloting of I-15 few years back. With what face they are asking people to apply for I-16 now. This sector was also allotted years back and has never got developed. CDA does not have money to pay salaries to employees and has created few plots to earn money. That’s why CDA is creating and auctioning residential and commercial plots in different sectors. It is advised to stay away and do not participate unless you do not have surplus money. This sector is also no way near Islamabad and one can buy a plot in much cheaper and better location in near by colonies.

IF u dont trust cda then why u grumbling about E/D sectors .please sell your plots and dont bother about it .whats dha doing ? what has behria town done ? ISLAMBAD dha looted lot of money from people when they asked people to apply ?

I have seen the development work there in I/16 its complete .
what distance has to do with it ? If thats the case than once behria twon was very far away and DHA is still not near .

keep your advice to yourself noone is born yesterday here .everyone who has a close eye on the market knows what best for it .After the completion of airport that the closet sector near it .look at the property and mushroom housing schemes around that area .

Every cda sector is complete and it has basic facilities with in ,people living near F10 dont bother going to F6 market now .

Brother usman you got offended for nothing I am not promoting DHA neither Bahria but I am sure every one know 1-16 is no way near Islamabad. This sector was meant for Islamabad effectives and for low cast construction that’s why it contains only small plots. Spread its map in front of you and you will realize this sector does not look nearer to any proper sector of Islamabad.

If you have invested in this sector what can I do ?

I have written here whole heartedly and this is my sincere advice to any one especially my overseas friends not to bather applying in 1-16 there are very few plots and they will get nothing but cheater CAD will use their money before they return.

anyways i will invest if i want to so save it atiq .i wouldnt pay 45 lakh for 30x60 plot in G sector .Ill rather save some money to built my house so get lost u moron .
