AOA; I want to buy a file for DHA phase 9-10. Can you please let me know the prices and what the procedures are once you buy the file. Would there be a balloting for allotment of plot, if yes when that would be and when one could expect to build a house there.

DHA 9-10 file is available at 14.15 lacs.
Buyer will give token money of Rs 50000 to 100000 to dealer. Dealer will send money to seller to lock the deal / amount /transfer date . Rest of the money is paid to seller on transfer day in form of pay order.
DHA 9-10 ballot will take min 2 to 3 years and plot will be ready in about 5 years as 95% land of DHA 9-10 is in possession of DHA Lahore.
