I am planning to buy DHA 6/7/9/10 plot or file (1K). However, I would like to know what the total amount I am looking to pay to complete the transaction so that I know which one falls under my budget. I know the prices as posted on this forum so would like to know charges like:
1) Development charges
2) Realtor Commission(paid by buyer or seller or both?)
3) Transaction costs by DHA
4) Any monthly or annual maintenance charges?
Finally, do I have to be present to complete any plot or file buying in DHA? Thanks everyone for all your help.

DHA 6 and 7 plots have all development charges included in price.
DHA 9-10 development charges should be 9 to 11 lacs and payable in 3 years in installments.
For DHA 6 7 and 9/10 costs payable to DHA Lahore and Govt are 1.5 lacs. Plus dealers charge 1% commession of the amount paid to seller.
You will be paying very minor security charge after you get possession of your plot.
