Sir, i am looking forward to invest in islamabad sector E-16/17 of Cabinet Division islamabad. I am from Peshawer and interested to purchase a 20 marla plot in E-16/17 or Sector B-17. Experts from islamabad please give me the price of these two sectors.
My first option is E-16/17
Second: B-17 and
Third: 2 bed room Flat far from commercial shops.

I cannot give you the prices. However, E-16 is the best Society for investment currently.Its development is going very fast and solid. December is the possession dategiven by Habib Rafiq (The Builders)A few months back the price of 1 Knal was 16-20 lakh + 550,000 development charges. |
