I will be grateful and need your sincer advice
1- I have two plots in the NFC phase 2
2- I have received a notice to pay pending Development charges which is Rs 550000 each.
I have two options which I am considering
1- Sale of one plot and pay the development charges for the other.
Or
2- Arrange to pay development charges and sell one plot after one/two years.
My decision depends on your advise please, as I am residing overseas since last 10 years.

Option 2 is better. You should pay the development charges and wait for 1 to 2 years. The development is in progress and as the possession gets near your plot will be double or tripple in price. NFC phase 2 has great dual approach from Multan road and Canal road just like EME, and due to its low price and great access will immediately get populated. |

Dr sahib sorry for the delay. Today I was on detailed visit to all housing schemes in DHA Lahore area so I was unable to post answer right away.
Dr sahib I have seen lot of construction work on going in NFC Lahore phase 2. I think its worth to pay development charges and wait for 2 to 3 years to get possession. Shemes in on great location with great aproach and have all the needed land in hand.

what if you dont pay development charges now ( if difficult to manage ) there is not too much fine on late payment of development charges I guess. |

If I am nor wrong Until now NFC dont charge any fine on late payment of development charges. |
