Dear All brothers,

Will any brother in Pakistan guide me and update me about future of Cental Park Housing Scheme. I have purchase plots about 4 year ago and waiting any good news about this society.
I will be highly grateful for help and sincere advice about the future of this scheme.

It has good future a good developer but distance is irrefutable thing, you can say in Near future not very good.

At this price Central Park is a very good bargain. Distance is nothing on this now VERY WIDE Ferozpur road. You can reach Kalma choak in 12 to 15 minute on day or night. Population have now reached to Central Park area after the expansion of Ferozpur road. Keep this plot it will insha Allah give you good return in Short and long term.

I am glad to know some encourging remarks about Central Park. You advice to keep plots with me seem to be given with sincerity. However statement of Mr. Jameel is enough to make confuse any body.
I once again thankful for CMY sahib. May Allah Bless you and your family and you always keep giving people your precious advices based on such honesty and sincerity.
Taking the opportunity, May I request you to provide any good area for investment and where consutruction of home can be started. My limited budget is within 20 lac.

I agree with comments of CMY and suggest you to wait just 1-3 months, InshaAllah you will listen any good news about Central Park. I do believe that Ferozepur road is enough wide to cover about 18 kM distance from kalma Chowk within 12-14 minutes. Although Urban Developers has not fulfilled their commitments to develop the Central Park within due time but still its development seems to be very qualitative and due to addition of Medical College and forthcoming projects being started i.e. Food Street, Huma Cash and Carry, Mosque, about 9 commercial shops etc etc will uplift it value in very near future.
2ndly there is news that Central Park has been merged into DHA EME, if it proves true the prices will certainly be high from now.
So don't be upset dear and listen advice of CMY who is very experienced, groomed and balanced person in the filed of Real Estate.
