In 3 Million for investment, DHA 7 on Ground Plots are best, There is no question any other investment can be better than this in Lahore, But keep your target to sell in 5 years.
Please spend some time as some of Plots are falling on encroachments and non acquired Land, Most of such plots are in Market. Although hopefully these plots will be settled too but will take time. Better go for on Ground clear Plot even if you have to pay 2 Lac more.
Never go with dealer to locate a plot He will show you some other area. See on wikimapia first, then Take map with you and find youeself on Bike, FWO workers guide you very well That this road is clear or Not. If Road is made area is clear. |
