Today I witnessed lot of buying in DHA files and plots. I expect prices to keep rising in short term. DHA 6 have seen and seeing lot of genuine buyers. Plots and files are getting very dificult to get confirmed. Other than DHA prices are still same. In Bahria town prices have fallen due to increase in transfer costs.
