I been offered to buy a plot in E11-1,cornor,40 ft road but i like to get expert opinion from experts that what's the price of the plot of size 35*80 and is it CDA approved society? and what's the future of this society as building a house there.It'll help me a lot to finalize my deal.thanks and god bless you all!

I would suggest go for D-12 the possession of sector D-12 is not for off and future of this sector is much brighter then E-11.
E-11 is a mixer of societies and CDA standard and by laws is not followed. It is covered with Golara from one side, GHQ on two sides. and open from one side and that is from D-12.
This side area of E-11 is well under desperation. The access roads to E-11 are doggy and not proper as any other sector has unless the Margala road along hills got constructed and service roads of F-11 & F12 green belts are not extended up to D-12.
After completion of road network D-12 will be much better then E-11 and approachable from every side. |

Agreed with "D-12 Vs E-11" with one slight risk addition. The possession 'appears' to be near, but one never can predict future especially in Pakistan. If you are not in rush to build (hopefully no more than 6 - 12 more months) D-12 will be much better. A large portion of D12 will be green area, where as E-11 have not much in that space. I will try to post some latest pictures of D-12 once I receive it from my builder soon.
As for your real question about the price, I cannot comment on that. Hope some real estate brother can elaborate.
BTW E-11 is not bad at all. All we are stating is that in our opinion D-12 is just better. |

I think the price per marla in E-11 and D-12 is about the same today around 6-7 lakh per marla. Can anyone confirm? |

You been offered a plot in E-11/1 and this sub sector is very near to village Golra and have 40-50% less price than E 11/2,3,4. Only few houses are built here. I dont know your budget, if you have more money then buy plot in Services society or federation or Doctors society.Plots in national police foundation and multi professional{E-11/3} are most expensive and the price of one kanal plot in these socities is 1.5-2.0 crore. |
