Dear CMY;
Many of us know about the malpractices of Bahria Town management in sector C, delay in development of overseas blocks B,C and D,changing layout of sector C,location of awami villas in lahore.
1. Knowing all this, how do you see the future of Bahria town, lahore??? Will people keep buying in BT in near future and constructing homes???if yes, then why??
2. what is future of sector B??
3. what is the future of bahria orchards????

Brother I whole heartily agree with all your points, I also own a plot in Bahria Town. I have gone through the same thing like changing of location of my plot and extra development charges. But even after looking at all that people are still willing to construct there homes there because not for investment now but because of all the facilities offered over there. Sector B and C are now getting populated so fast that in 2 more years there wont be a single plot left in Sector B and half if Sector C will be populated. If you visit it you will get my point.
Bahria Orchard is a very long way away it is a minimum 5 years investment. It can rise only when all of it is developed and with BT's track record one should only buy an on ground developed plot. |
