You are requested to please update me on banker's Town as now a days I'm in Lahore and intend to buy a plot there. If someone has an idea please share with me. I'm going to finish the deal within next two days. So it is quite urgent.
1. Any Litigation
2. Transfer fee
3. As its on ring road, what will be the effect, will it get main approch. etc

Its ideally located on ring road ,in the closest proximity of DHA.
It has all the facilities like Electricit & Gas .
Also the plots are very cheap. Trf. Fee are nominal
