Potential of this society is immense. As soon as it is connected to green town and Quaid -e-Azam industrial area (township), approx. 2 km road which connects it to green town, it will be the nearest and most preferred society in the area for immediate construction. I am not saying this just because i want to sell my plot. Frankly speaking, I would've never sold it had i not needed money.
The plot is fully developed and absolutely clean with no legal issues at all, as is the case with the entire society.
Transfer time is just 1 day (on the spot) but the new owner gets his documents (transfer letter etc.) within 1 week.
Not sure about the transfer costs but it can be checked with the society if you are interested. |
