price of plots in I-8,

I want to ask my freinds from Islamabad especially Mr atiq raja about the current price not demand of 35X80 and 40X80 Plots in secctor I-8/3 ,I-8/2.

Also guide me abt the same size house prices in I-8.

It is around 12,500,000 for 35x80. I bought one in 2007 at Rs.11,000,000. I have constructed a house and now few months back there was on on sale and market price was 12,500,000
