Any 2 kanal plot available in Phase 6,

I dont see any 2 kanal plot availble for sale on LRE website all the available plots are of 1 kanal.

Is there any 2 Kanal plot available in Phase 6? What is the approx going rate for 2 Kanal plot in P6.

Yes there are many 2 kanal plots in DHA Lahore phase 6 but prices demanded from sellers are not real and hardly any deal happen in these plots. Most sellers in DHA 6 demand from 140 to 170 lacs for these 2 kanal main roads plots.

They are asking way to much for two kanal in Phase 6! no wonder there is no deal happening. lolz...For that price you can get a 2 Kanal in Parkview on Main blvd!

May i add that a 2 kanal in P6 should be somewhere between 100 ~ 120 plus minum 10%
