Could you please give your valuable advice on following:
I am planning to build my house in within next 3 years, which one is a better option? DHA phase 6 or DHA EME. Currently EME is better populated but i think EME shall remain a better and secure enviromnent compared to phase 6. In terms of price appreciation it might be phase 6 that will be better. Let me know which one you have opted for if you were in my shoes. :flg

EME is 8 years more mature than phase 6 there is no comparison, It all depends what is your area of preference to Live as both are two extreme ends of Lahore. Price of EME is about 1.5 times more than phase 6. I think price appreciation of DHA 6 will be more than EME. But I dont think in 3 years phase 6 will be densely populated as EME is today. In 6,7 years time frame phase 6 may out perform EME. If You want to Compare Like this then Compare EME with Air avenue both have almost same construction level.
Phase 6,7 is good for that person who needs a good big house in future and have only 40 Lac in hand at this doing some plus minus he can buy a plot in phase 6 and at later stage or slowly he can make a house. |
