Both Air-avenue and Park-view are great places for residence (DHA Phase-VIII). What will be your choice if you've to select any one out of them. |

Although the question is directed to CMY who isin a better position to advise.
Choice between Park View and Air Avenue is marinal, 1 Kanal lacation are preferable in Park View. 10 Marla residential in Air Avenue may be better.
Air Avenue doen't have the feelings of open-ness, a village in the neihborhood and comapratively longer distance from the Main Road.
Park view has psycological feelings of larger and open, well developed housing scheme. Good schools like Beacan House in Askari 10; Lacas and Lahore Grammer in Paragon and there is another upscale school in Park view. |

Air avenue is at good distance if we are talking about ring road, residants of Air Avenue also can get benefits of schools because bothe are DHA-VIII and are adjacent.
If you are willing to move right now...then my vote will go for Air Avenue. |
