u can get fertile land in sahiwal.multan and gujranwal distts @ 4-5 lacs per acre |

Guys. The gentleman is asking an offer of his land which he is solely entitled to do so. If someone is interested he then should go and talk to him either in person or on the phone. You don't make deals like this by offering money without even visiting his land. Hope we donot discourage people by offending them in this way. Sorry, if I have hurt anyone's feelings. agri land in muzaffergarh
60 kilometers from muzaffergarh
10 kilometers from the nearest village
land in muzaffergarh isa strip between two river banks
water logging is a big problem,productivity is not great
labour is not good- not hard working ,dishonest .untrustworthy
mr usman will agree with these points
if the land is in central punjab ,i wud have offered him 4.5 lacs in 1st go |

there is a hell of difference between multan n rohilanwali
living in pindi it may be the same thing for you but it is a distance of 80 kilometers
friend has raised a very good analysis
if you get a reasonble amount ,accept it ,it is not easy to sell anything in pakistan at present
every1 wants to sell his assetts and get settled abroad.
you may not get this offer after 6 months |

Dear Tariq Sb and Mr friend I think you people/one is the same with whom i have exchanged some e mails few days back but with different names some time dr Malik/dr Mudassar/dr Kakayzai(all living abroad/payment in foreign ex)as you have revealed the information exchanged then and during Ramazan.and always reluctant to give tel number. As previously said I was/am willing to show you the land which sugar mill bought for 4 lac/acre one year back and you can COMPARE(if you are really from a zimindar family), distance between both the lands is 2 km. if you have less mony i can sell you 20 acre,5lacs/acre.
