I need to Sale my 12 marla plot in D block of Nespak phase-2 site-1.
I have possession of the plot. House constructions are going on now in this phase of Nespak. It is situated right beside of Izmir on Canal Road.

Nadeem, in this Block Kanal is about 18,19, Review your demand I think your plot has no front except 14 feet place for gate and it is on boundary. |

Hi Habib,
I am not forcing you to buy! This is my demand and demand is always negotiable. No Doubt it is on boundary wall. Having 15 feet entrance But Its 2nd next to Park and instead of 10 marla it is 12 marla so you have more place. I am looking for serious buyers. I think I mailed you in detail everything and I will put the details for everyone. If someone is interested then can contact me!
