and is this recommendable to invest in E block of Multi professional ?

project stopped due to lack of funds.
i guess when work on GHQ starts again than this project will start again aswell, because they r the one who will benefit more.......... who cares about general public!

this road will never start. the best investment and livable place is e-16 sector. construction of home starting after december.

I have also built a house in E-11/3 but Plots near the margalla avenue are the cream of E-11 sector, at present levelling of this road is going on , i cannot give you the answer of your question when the carpeting work will start but i think very soon because multi professional society has already completed 85% dev. work on the joint venture project with CDA. This road is very important not only for GHQ but also D-12 and GT road. I think investment in E-11/3 is also much better than D-12 sector and if you want to invest money for long time then E-16 sector is also good.

I am agreed with Mr. Amjad as for as Margala Avenue is concern, and disagrees that investing in E-11/3 is better then D-12. It is not hard to understand just unfold the map of these sectors in front and decide it yourself.

E-11 is ahead in development as it is already started and getting shape up but do not forget the bylaws and the rules of regulations of CDA lacked in this sector and surroundings are poor.

D-12 is also well on the way and this sector is full of technocrats, bureaucrats, judges and overseas Pakistani fully pumped up to construct their empires and waiting for the green signal. I believe after completion D-12 will be well ahead.

Do you think the low paid government servants can live in E-11 sector where the price of one kanal plot is 1.5-2 crore rupees?
