I think you did mistake to invest in Central Park but now selling it you will do another mistake
You need a patience, most of developer including DHA are lagging behind their promises. But usually it is not possible o change your Plot to area where possession is there reason being those plots already belong to some party. You may get possession of your plot in 2 years time the only down side is that they might ask more development charges or in other words "possession charges" as was taken by Bahria. This none of your Fault or their Fault look at LDA avenue 1 example. The litigation, Qabza, Firing, Morcha Bandi, Grave yards, Mazars etc are the problems which take too much time to resolve in this country and meanwhile development charges increases. That is why I say a bird in hand is better than 2 in Bush. |
