Dr Maleeha Lodhi's testimony on Afghanistan is excellent. Wise, practical, unbiased and sincere with peace.

I wish someone like her could represent our country rather than current Qabza group.

One of the best ambassador ever. & during tensure of Musharraf, she was ambassador in USA but american's were unhappy so she was shifted to UK :(

Maleha Lodhi was one the first women victim of Present regime.
Next victim was Shereen Mizari and than Sherry Rehman and no work has been done so far on development of women!
We have also seen bombing of girls school in present regime!
Does it suggest any thing.

Comment on energy efficient building:
From decades in Pakistan the engineering concept of house building is to construct a house on given house plan, without doing any detailed engineering.
In such senarios one does not need engineer at any stage. An experienced masson can build you house without any documentation or on very basic sketch.
But the situation has improved since last 5-6 years and now we see much sensible house designs.
HVAC design of a building is as important as its structure and has to be integral to its layout.

Few years back when they were not in power in Pakistan, I remember Hussain haqani’s interviews on some American tv channels. His anti Musharaf regime comments were natural, no matter he was having a good policy or not. But his anti Pakistan comments were extremely annoying and I thought a traitor is hiding in USA, propagating against Pakistan and he must be considered a hero among enemy states.
