Valencia has outperformed NFC 1 UET is far below, but you cant find valancia in 38, May be one can in 40, UET can be arranged in 33. But I think CCVT is more than Valancia.
I think if you are stuck in Valancia vs NFC1 , I think spending 2 thousands dirhams more in Valancia will make too much difference in future as NFC could not attract any commercial activity. |
