Salam All,
Does anyone have an idea how much is agricultural land near Saghian?
I am being offered land with per Acre at 15lakh is that a good price ?the area is after saghian bridge on the way to sheikapura and in total it is around 8 acres.

Price seems reasonable if it is not vary far from Main Road and Close to Saghian/ close to Sharq pur road. Can you explain the exact location.

the land is 1.5km from the main road for shagian to shekhiapura and there is a double lane road under construction which is expected to be ready by December that will be very close to the land. Since I am not that familiar with the area I dont the name of the roads. |
