I want to know about the DC Rates, could you plz tell me about DC rates.

DC rate is rate fixed by Taxation dept as per area. No matter you buy cheaper or expensive you have to pay Tax [CVT 4%] and stamp duty 2% as per that rate. It varies from area to area. It is revised every year in June.
Like it is 12 lac per Kanal in NFC2 same is DHA 7 I am not sure about 6 and in Park view it is approx 40 Lac in park view, DHA 1 to 4 even more Pls keep in mind other than this 6% you also pay Society Transfer and membership fees. I think Transfer charges of park view plot is about 3 Lac including every thing. In Houses you other than this you pay more fees for per square feet covered area. A DHA Kanal Hose have about 5 Lac transfer charges. |
