can anyone tell me how much 10 marla plot in NFC phase 1. I have to buy for immediate house building.
I heard plots near the wall are cheaper and also more area you get for some reason any experts in NFC please help is it true and how much is the price for it. If I buy what extra charges I have to pay for it like tax and tamp duty or anything else.

NCF Phase 1 10 marla plots are now available from 32 to 35 lacs.

Plots in front of boundry wall are certainly cheaper but front road is just 6 ft. So you can not take your car to park in porch. Some people living in this area have dismantled front wall facing house to drive car by going outside from society which is risky as yet there is no population outside |
